Try Out the Live Trac System Demo Today
26 Oct 2017There is nothing quite like a hands-on demonstration to help you understand how a product works. The same is true when it comes to GPS tracking systems, like the Live Trac System. Fortunately for you, the Live Trac System offers a demo you can use to see for yourself how user-friendly the system is and learn more about the many ways it can benefit you. These are a few of the features you can explore with the demo.
Live Chat
This feature is perhaps one of the most useful features for people who aren’t sure of how to maximize benefits of live GPS tracking systems. Live Support is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Central Time and between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on Saturdays. It is simple to use by clicking the Live Chat button on the screen and typing your message in the window that pops up.
Map Control
This tab on the demo screen allows you to zoom, pan, and rotate the map so you can easily locate assets in real time. It also provides features allowing you to view the weather and traffic. Once you’ve clicked on the map controls button, a window will open up for map controls and a video is in place to explain how easy it is to use features within the map control box.
Device Management
The Device management option allows you to select individual assets, or vehicles, or all of your devices at the same time. You can even choose to view vehicles according to groups. This allows you to manage your fleet more easily as an entire fleet or address specific, individual vehicles.
Report System
Reports are important tools that enable you to identify and reduce waste, operate more efficiently, and earn more profits in the future. You can set up your report system to provide information about speeding, mileage, idling, aggressive driving, hours of operation, device mileage, starts and stops, and even to notify you if drivers deviate from their assigned routes so you can identify potential routing errors, timing issues, or driver issues.
Alert Notifications Tab
The alert and notifications tab is one you will use to define occasions in which you wish to receive alerts and how you’d like to receive the notices. You have the options of listing email addresses, phone numbers, and/or SMS numbers for multiple users to receive notices when specific circumstances arise so that potential problems can be addressed quickly by the appropriate leaders within your organization.
Dispatch/Routing
This tab allows you plan, create, and manage routes efficiently and easily. Whether you are planning a daily route for drivers to take or addressing the specific needs of drivers to respond to occasional service calls, you can take care of the fine details here.
Addresses
More than a simple list of addresses, this tab allows you to create locations on your map so that you can place markers on the map and search for specific locations as needed. You can use physical addresses or the latitude and longitude to create markers on your address map for greater ease of use.
Historical Playback
This feature is one that allows you to identify the travel route of any of your tracked assets within the past 90 days. You can follow the routes, examine details (such as speed, aggressive driving, or duration of stops to ensure that jobsites were visited as reported). Historical playback can be used for a variety of purposes including supporting drives when claims are levied against them.
The most important thing to remember when exploring the LiveViewGPS Live Trac System demo is that you will always have access to live chat support (during office hours) to help you with questions and concerns that arise as you dive deeper into the different features the Live Trac System offers. This means that you are not simply thrown to the wolves to figure it out, but have help available to help with most of your GPS and fleet tracking needs.
